Job Descriptions

(Dubai, UAE) Looking for Senior UI Designer for a FinTech company. 

• Responsible for the interaction design and UI design of core business line products;
• Master current design styles and trends, be very sensitive to interaction trends, propose innovative ideas and design plans, and promote plan implementation and iteration;
• In-depth understanding of business goals and participation in Product planning, comprehensive analysis, and splitting based on data, competitive products, user research, and other dimensions to formulate effective solutions;
• Cooperate with the front-end team to ensure a high degree of restoration of UI design;
• Participate in the construction of various standards and specifications of the team, accumulate and share design experience, and help improve the overall design level of the team.

Qualifications:
• It is better if you have overseas study or company experience and understand overseas interactions.
• More than 5 years of work experience, preferably those with design experience in finance and blockchain-related fields;
• Have a keen understanding of design trends and system design, and have practical experience in perfect design systems and methodologies;
• Have participated in complete Visual design work for Internet products, able to control cross-platform and multi-terminal design;
• Familiar with mainstream software and interactive prototyping tools such as Sketch, Principle, Figma, PS, AI, etc.;
• Excellent aesthetic ability and design expression, good Business understanding ability, online and offline design penetration ability;
• Have an overall concept, think independently, be proactive, be good at communication, and have good teamwork skills;
Requirements:
1. Familiar with Figma component application;
2. Experience in motion effect design.
3. English can be used as a working language
